However, due to the nature of our products, which include controlled medications in many countries, certain guidelines need to be followed. Please read below for our refund and reshipment policies.

Refunds:

Customers may apply for a refund in the following cases:

1)  Cancellation: If a customer cancels an order within 3 hours of making the payment. Once the payment has been made and the order has been forwarded to the Shipping Department, no refunds can be issued.

2) Non-Reception: If an order has not been received by the customer within 45 days of processing the payment, the customer can apply for a refund. However, the following non-reception causes will not be refunded:

-The customer changed their address.
-The customer provided the wrong address.
-The order arrived at the correct address, but there was no one available to claim it.
-The order arrived at the correct address, but someone else claimed it.
3Ineffective Products: While we strive to provide top-notch products, if a customer claims that the received products are ineffective, they can apply for a refund. To process the refund, the customer must provide us with:
-A clear picture of the lab test report.
-A clear picture of the products.
-A clear picture of the package (envelope, box, etc.).
Order number.
-Proof of payment (electronic or physical receipt).
Please note that a refund may take up to 60 business days, depending on the payment processing company policies and the customer’s corresponding banks.

Payments made through Western Union, MoneyGram, or BitCoin can be refunded within 5 business days upon completion of the investigation.

Reshipment:

Customers may apply for a reshipment in the following cases:

1) Delay: If there is a delay in the standard 14-21 day delivery period, the customer may apply for a free reshipment.

2) Damaged Products: Despite our careful packaging, it is possible for some pills to get damaged during transit. If 50% or more of the products are damaged, the customer may apply for a free reshipment. The customer must provide:

-A clear picture of the package (envelope, box, etc.).
-The total order (including the damaged pills).
Order number.
-Proof of payment (electronic or physical receipt).
If less than 50% of the products are damaged, the equivalent amount of damaged pills will be included in the next order. Immediate reshipment can be arranged if the customer pays the $40 shipping fee.

3) Ineffective Products: If a customer claims that the received products are ineffective, they may apply for a reshipment. To process the reshipment, the customer must provide us with:
-A clear picture of the lab test report.
-A clear picture of the products.
-A clear picture of the package (envelope, box, etc.).
-Order number.
-Proof of payment (electronic or physical receipt).
4) Wrong Products: While we strive to deliver the exact order, there may be instances where a different brand or color of the same category medication is available. If a totally wrong product has been delivered, the customer may request a free reshipment. They must provide:
-A clear picture of the products.
-A clear picture of the package (envelope, box, etc.).
-Order number.
-Proof of payment (electronic or physical receipt).
-Please note that if the customer receives the same generic medication with a different brand name, color, and shape, no reshipment will be processed.

If the customer receives a different generic medication in the same category (e.g., a pain reliever instead of another pain reliever), they may apply for a reshipment on the next order. Alternatively, they can choose any other available medication from the same category, and 50% of the value of the original order will be shipped if the customer pays the $40 shipping fee.

Please be aware that a free reshipment may take up to 5 business days to process and an additional 14 to 21 days to be delivered. Reshipments can be expedited by placing another order, in which case, the previous order will be added to the current order. We only reship an order once.
